BIBLE VERSES SAY THAT JESUS IS THE SON OF GOD

Many people all around the world look at Jesus Christ, as a spiritual figure, a symbol of faith, and while some simply consider Him as a prophet.
Jesus Christ is the Son of God! And here are some verses from the Bible that says so.

“Hear O Israel: the Lord our God, the Lord is one.” ( Mark 12:29)

“I and the Father are one.” ( John 10:30)

“I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you know me, you will know my Father also.” ( John 14:6-7)

But Jesus answered them, ‘My Father is working still, and I am still working.’ This was why the Jews sought all the more to kill him, because he not only broke the sabbath, but also called God his own Father, making himself equal with God. ( John 5:16-18)

“Whoever hates me hates my Father also.” ( John 15:23)

“If I am not doing the works of my Father, then do not believe me; but if I do them, even though you do not believe me, believe the works, that you may know and understand that the Father is in me and I am in the Father.” ( John 10:37-38)

“Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? The words that I say to you I do not speak on my own authority; but the Father who dwells in me does his works.” ( John 14:10)

“Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing on his own, but only what he sees the Father doing; for whatever the Father does, the Son does likewise. The Father loves the Son and shows him all that he himself is doing; and he will show him greater works than these, so that you will be astonished.” ( John 5:19-20)

“Call no one your father on earth, for you have one Father – the one in heaven. Nor are you to be called instructors, for you have one instructor, the Messiah.” ( Matthew 23:9)

“The Father judges no one but has given all judgment to the Son, so that all may honor the Son just as they honor the Father. Anyone who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent him.” ( John 5:22-23)

“If God were your Father, you would love me, for I came from God and now I am here. I did not come on my own, but he sent me.” ( John 8:42)

“All things have been handed over to me by my Father; and no one knows who the Son is except the Father, or who the Father is except the Son and anyone to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.” ( Luke 10:22)

Why Every Christian Should Look Forward to the Rapture.

The Rapture. A highly known event for most Christians, and yet is highly misunderstood. Most who are “spiritually awake” can’t wait for it to happen.

And why not?

For every believer and follower of Jesus Christ, who followed His teachings and is ready and waiting will be taken up with Him.

Taken up with Him?

Yes. Though several doctrines from different Churches has diverged from what the Rapture is, and even to the point of denying that it will ever happen. Putting in theological, symbolical and metaphysical explanations to justify their reasons why it’s not going to happen.  The Rapture simply means that Jesus Christ is coming back for all of us – His followers – His Bride.  And He made it clear that Christians should be ready and waiting for Him.

Matthew 24:44

“Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.”

Mark 13:32-37
“

But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Take heed, watch and pray; for you do not know when the time is.  It is like a man going to a far country, who left his house and gave authority to his servants, and to each his work, and commanded the doorkeeper to watch. Watch therefore, for you do not know when the master of the house is coming—in the evening, at midnight, at the crowing of the rooster, or in the morning— lest, coming suddenly, he find you sleeping. And what I say to you, I say to all: Watch!”

Luke 21:36

“Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.”

John 14:3

“And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.”

In short, Jesus is coming back for His followers, those who truly abide in His words and teachings.  We Christians, will be going to our true home which is in Heaven.  No death, no pain, no sufferings. no killings and no evil. Truly a perfect place filled with Love, Joy and Everlasting Peace.

Always remember that our existence in this world is only temporary, and we all belong to our Lord Jesus Christ in Heaven.

As Christians, we should look to the Bible as a reference for the teachings of Jesus. The way we live our lives should be according to the teachings of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and not by the opinions or standards set by man.

But just as our Lord Jesus said, ” that we should watch and therefore be ready, for He will return at a time most people do not expect.”

Just because an event has not yet happened yet, does not mean it won’t happen. It’s just a matter of time.

The Lord has fulfilled everything He said in the Bible. He is faithful and true. So watch and therefore be ready!!

Luke 12:37-38

“Blessed are those servants whom the master, when he comes, will find watching. Assuredly, I say to you that he will gird himself and have them sit down to eat, and will come and serve them. And if he should come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants.”

Please stay Rapture Ready.

Salvation Prayer

As Jesus said, “I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” John 14:6

Jesus said in John 8:31, “If you abide in my Word, you are my disciples indeed. 32 – “And you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free

The road to salvation is simply this – accept Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior. All of us have sinned in this life. No one is perfect except God. So it doesn’t matter what you did in the past or how bad you are in this world, Jesus died for you on the cross. All you have to do is acknowledge what He did for you and how He can change you into a better person, a new creation. Let us not limit God with our own limitations. With God all things are possible. If you want to fill that void or emptiness in your life, then simply say this prayer with sincerity.

“Lord Jesus, I believe You are the Son of God and You died for me. Please come into my heart, be my Lord and Savior and forgive me of all my sins and take control of every area of my life from this moment on. Jesus, fill me with your Holy Spirit and use me for Your glory. I want to serve You and love You all the days of my life. Thank You Father, that I am now Your child, in Jesus’ holy name. Amen.”

If you sincerely said those words, then you are now a new creation in Christ. Expect the power of Jesus Christ to manifest in your life today. You are now free from the bondage of sin.

  • Please read the Bible or get a New Testament. The New Testament contains 27 books that are easy to read especially with today’s modern translations. I ask you to read the real story of Jesus and His teachings, and the truth shall be revealed to you. Read the bible everyday.
  • Go find a Christian church near you.
  • Be baptized. Baptism is not your ticket to heaven, only Jesus can save you. However, it is a declaration to satan that you are for Jesus. It also signifies the death/burial of your past sinful life.

I speak Life and Blessings to those who are reading this right now. May the Lord Bless You and your loved ones.

Have No Fear, JESUS is here!

When was the last time you were worried about something? Was it about your schedule? About the bills or rent you have to pay?  As we live in this world, we constantly deal with changes in our schedules, activities and plans, and this sometimes drives us to think and worry about what really lies ahead.

As Christians, if we surrendered our lives to Christ, then He is constantly in our lives 24/7 to Eternity!

The Bible also tells us that God is Love. If God is love, then there is no fear, worries, anxiety, depression, panic and all other negative emotions that should dwell in our hearts and minds.  Always remember that everything that is good is from God.  And everything bad is from the enemy-the devil.

Let us not LIMIT God with our own human understanding. His plans for us, is greater than ours. We are all His creation.  If  He created the Heavens and the Earth, and sent His only Son, Jesus Christ to die for us and save us from our sins, then He will be there for us. And all we have to do is pray to him.

8 “For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
neither are your ways my ways,”
declares the LORD.

9 “As the heavens are higher than the earth,
so are my ways higher than your ways
and my thoughts than your thoughts.

ISAIAH 55:8-9

“If God is for us, who can be against Us”

Romans 8:31

23Then he got into the boat and his disciples followed him.

24Without warning, a furious storm came up on the lake, so that the waves swept over the boat. But Jesus was sleeping.

25The disciples went and woke him, saying, “Lord, save us! We’re going to drown!”

26He replied, “You of little faith, why are you so afraid?” Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.

27The men were amazed and asked, “What kind of man is this? Even the winds and the waves obey him!”

Matthew 8:23-27

The disciples were with Jesus everyday, and yet when the wind and wave got a little rough that day, they doubted, panicked and temporarily lost their faith.  But the moment they called on Jesus, He rebuked the storms and everything became calm.  Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever.

Do not let you current situation dictate  how your life should go, just call on Jesus,  put your faith in Him and everything will turn out better that you expected.

PRAYING – TALKING TO GOD

To pray means to talk to God. The definition of prayer is this  – to utter or address a prayer or prayers to God, a god, or another object of worship. So when a person prays, it should be directed to God.

Jesus was asked on how to pray, and He said this in Matthew 6:5-13

5 “And when you pray, you shall not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward.

6 But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.

7 And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words.

8 “Therefore do not be like them. For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him.

9 In this manner, therefore, pray:

Our Father in heaven,

Hallowed be Your name.

10 Your kingdom come.

Your will be done

On earth as it is in heaven.

11 Give us this day our daily bread.

12 And forgive us our debts,

As we forgive our debtors.

13 And do not lead us into temptation,

But deliver us from the evil one.

For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen

And Jesus also said,

You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.(John 14:14)

Jesus said, when you pray, not “if”. Jesus considered prayer time to be a normal daily activity. It is like eating and sleeping. A necessity if you will. That is why in verse 6, He said, “When you pray” and not if you pray. And in verse 6, He explains how to pray, namely:

1. Go into a room

2. Shut the door

3. Pray to the Father (and in Jesus’ name ONLY), for the Father sees you.

4. Talk to Him for He knows what your needs are. (God knows what you need before you ask of Him)

Jesus in all his teachings, except for parables, was very direct and made his point quickly. It’s that simple.

If Jesus said to pray directly to the Father, and He is the Son of God, then why do most people pray in a manner that is contrary to what He said, if the Father clearly knows what we ask.Unfortunately, Man and the love of tradition was able to complicate prayer into lengthy rituals.

For example, if a husband and wife have a close intimate relationship, the the husband can easily approach the wife any time he wants to. And he does not need to tell other members of his household or relatives to relay any information. It is direct and straight to the point. But if the husband goes to the his wife’s brother or siblings just to relay something he wants, doesn’t that make things harder.

And it is the same with God. If God is the focus of the relationship, then it should only be Him

JESUS IS COMING BACK!

When Jesus Christ was with his disciples, He told them that He was coming back. Though He did not mention the time nor the date, all He said was “Be Ready”.

In the 4 Gospels of the Bible, Jesus emphasized that his followers should be ready and expect his return.

Matthew 24:44
“Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.”

Mark 13:32-37
“But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.

Even Paul’s 1st letter to the Thessalonians talked about Jesus’ return.

1 Thessalonians 4:16; 5:6

“For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.” “Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober.”

Jesus said in Luke 12:35-40 that faithful servants (Christians) should await the return of their Master (Jesus Christ).

35 “Let your waist be girded and your lamps burning;
36 “and you yourselves be like men who wait for their master, when he will return from the wedding, that when he comes and knocks they may open to him immediately.

37 “Blessed are those servants whom the master, when he comes, will find watching. Assuredly, I say unto you that he will gird himself and have them sit down to eat, and will come and serve them.

38 “And if he should come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants.

Church leaders should incorporate more teachings about Jesus’ second coming for His church than about prosperity and wealth. Though there is nothing wrong with that, but if pastors and ministers emphasize too much about gaining material happiness and achieving success in this world, then they are not fulfilling their true calling as pastors. They are no different from motivational speakers and authors that places to much importance and focus in this world.

As Christians, we should look to the Bible as a reference for the teachings of Jesus. The way we live our lives should be according to the teachings of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and not by the opinions or standards set by man.

WATCH THEREFORE AND BE READY FOR HIS RETURN! MARANATHA!

HOW TO BE AN OBEDIENT CHRISTIAN

1. TITHE ( Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the LORD Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it. – Malachi 3:10)

2. Pray (“Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up. – Luke 18:1” ; “Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful. – Colossions 4:2”; “Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. – 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18)YOU HAVE TO PRAY ALWAYS NOT JUST ONCE A DAY BUT MORE!

3. Go to church more than once a week (“For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.” –  Matthew 18:20)

4. Give up worldly thing(Do not love the world 2 John 2:15-17)

5. Read the Bible everyday (“In the beginning [before all time] was the Word (Christ), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God Himself. – John 1:1”; Every Scripture is God-breathed (given by His inspiration) and profitable for instruction, for reproof and conviction of sin, for correction of error and discipline in obedience, [and] for training in righteousness [in holy living, in conformity to God’s will in thought, purpose, and action]. – 2 Timothy 3: 16)

6. Love the LORD MORE THAN ANYTHING in the world. (“And you shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ This is the first commandment. And the second, like it, is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” There is no other commandment greater than these.” – Mark 12:30-31)

7. Live a Christian life everyday (You have to show people that you are a real Christian NOT just when you are inside the church. “Therefore, prepare your minds for action; be self-controlled; set your hope fully on the grace to be given you when Jesus Christ is revealed. As obedient children, do not conform to the evil desires you had when you lived in ignorance. But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do; for it is written: “Be holy, because I am holy.” – 1 Peter 1:13-16)
