Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.” ~ 2 Corinthians 4:16-18

BIBLE VERSES SAY THAT JESUS IS THE SON OF GOD

Many people all around the world look at Jesus Christ, as a spiritual figure, a symbol of faith, and while some simply consider Him as a prophet.
Jesus Christ is the Son of God! And here are some verses from the Bible that says so.

“Hear O Israel: the Lord our God, the Lord is one.” ( Mark 12:29)

“I and the Father are one.” ( John 10:30)

“I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you know me, you will know my Father also.” ( John 14:6-7)

But Jesus answered them, ‘My Father is working still, and I am still working.’ This was why the Jews sought all the more to kill him, because he not only broke the sabbath, but also called God his own Father, making himself equal with God. ( John 5:16-18)

“Whoever hates me hates my Father also.” ( John 15:23)

“If I am not doing the works of my Father, then do not believe me; but if I do them, even though you do not believe me, believe the works, that you may know and understand that the Father is in me and I am in the Father.” ( John 10:37-38)

“Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? The words that I say to you I do not speak on my own authority; but the Father who dwells in me does his works.” ( John 14:10)

“Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing on his own, but only what he sees the Father doing; for whatever the Father does, the Son does likewise. The Father loves the Son and shows him all that he himself is doing; and he will show him greater works than these, so that you will be astonished.” ( John 5:19-20)

“Call no one your father on earth, for you have one Father – the one in heaven. Nor are you to be called instructors, for you have one instructor, the Messiah.” ( Matthew 23:9)

“The Father judges no one but has given all judgment to the Son, so that all may honor the Son just as they honor the Father. Anyone who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent him.” ( John 5:22-23)

“If God were your Father, you would love me, for I came from God and now I am here. I did not come on my own, but he sent me.” ( John 8:42)

“All things have been handed over to me by my Father; and no one knows who the Son is except the Father, or who the Father is except the Son and anyone to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.” ( Luke 10:22)

The Testimony of Afshin Javid

Here are 2 videos about the Christian transformation of Afshin Javid, a former Muslim terrorist now Christian Pastor who encountered our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ when he was imprisoned in jail. Learn why the Love of God and His forgiveness for our sins is as easy as drinking water.

I hope that all will be blessed by Afshin Javid’s Testimony

“Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus,” Romans 8:1

Why Every Christian Should Look Forward to the Rapture.

The Rapture. A highly known event for most Christians, and yet is highly misunderstood. Most who are “spiritually awake” can’t wait for it to happen.

And why not?

For every believer and follower of Jesus Christ, who followed His teachings and is ready and waiting will be taken up with Him.

Taken up with Him?

Yes. Though several doctrines from different Churches has diverged from what the Rapture is, and even to the point of denying that it will ever happen. Putting in theological, symbolical and metaphysical explanations to justify their reasons why it’s not going to happen.  The Rapture simply means that Jesus Christ is coming back for all of us – His followers – His Bride.  And He made it clear that Christians should be ready and waiting for Him.

Matthew 24:44

“Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.”

Mark 13:32-37
“

But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Take heed, watch and pray; for you do not know when the time is.  It is like a man going to a far country, who left his house and gave authority to his servants, and to each his work, and commanded the doorkeeper to watch. Watch therefore, for you do not know when the master of the house is coming—in the evening, at midnight, at the crowing of the rooster, or in the morning— lest, coming suddenly, he find you sleeping. And what I say to you, I say to all: Watch!”

Luke 21:36

“Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.”

John 14:3

“And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.”

In short, Jesus is coming back for His followers, those who truly abide in His words and teachings.  We Christians, will be going to our true home which is in Heaven.  No death, no pain, no sufferings. no killings and no evil. Truly a perfect place filled with Love, Joy and Everlasting Peace.

Always remember that our existence in this world is only temporary, and we all belong to our Lord Jesus Christ in Heaven.

As Christians, we should look to the Bible as a reference for the teachings of Jesus. The way we live our lives should be according to the teachings of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and not by the opinions or standards set by man.

But just as our Lord Jesus said, ” that we should watch and therefore be ready, for He will return at a time most people do not expect.”

Just because an event has not yet happened yet, does not mean it won’t happen. It’s just a matter of time.

The Lord has fulfilled everything He said in the Bible. He is faithful and true. So watch and therefore be ready!!

Luke 12:37-38

“Blessed are those servants whom the master, when he comes, will find watching. Assuredly, I say to you that he will gird himself and have them sit down to eat, and will come and serve them. And if he should come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants.”

Please stay Rapture Ready.

Salvation Prayer

As Jesus said, “I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” John 14:6

Jesus said in John 8:31, “If you abide in my Word, you are my disciples indeed. 32 – “And you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free

The road to salvation is simply this – accept Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior. All of us have sinned in this life. No one is perfect except God. So it doesn’t matter what you did in the past or how bad you are in this world, Jesus died for you on the cross. All you have to do is acknowledge what He did for you and how He can change you into a better person, a new creation. Let us not limit God with our own limitations. With God all things are possible. If you want to fill that void or emptiness in your life, then simply say this prayer with sincerity.

“Lord Jesus, I believe You are the Son of God and You died for me. Please come into my heart, be my Lord and Savior and forgive me of all my sins and take control of every area of my life from this moment on. Jesus, fill me with your Holy Spirit and use me for Your glory. I want to serve You and love You all the days of my life. Thank You Father, that I am now Your child, in Jesus’ holy name. Amen.”

If you sincerely said those words, then you are now a new creation in Christ. Expect the power of Jesus Christ to manifest in your life today. You are now free from the bondage of sin.

  • Please read the Bible or get a New Testament. The New Testament contains 27 books that are easy to read especially with today’s modern translations. I ask you to read the real story of Jesus and His teachings, and the truth shall be revealed to you. Read the bible everyday.
  • Go find a Christian church near you.
  • Be baptized. Baptism is not your ticket to heaven, only Jesus can save you. However, it is a declaration to satan that you are for Jesus. It also signifies the death/burial of your past sinful life.

The Inspiring story of Nick Vujicic

Imagine being born without arms. No arms to wrap around a friend ; no hands to hold the ones you love; no fingers to experience touch ; no way to lift or carry things. How much more difficult would life be if you were living without arms and hands? Or what about legs? Imagine if instead of no arms, you had no legs. No ability to dance, walk, run, or even stand. Now put both of those scenarios together… no arms and no legs. What would you do? How would that affect your everyday life?

Meet Nick Vujicic, pronounced ‘Vooy-cheech’. Born in 1982 in Brisbane, Australia, without any medical explanation or warning, Nicholas Vujicic came into the world with neither arms nor legs. Imagine the shock his parents felt when they saw their first-born brand new baby boy for the first time, only to find he was what the world would consider imperfect and abnormal. A limbless son was not what nurse Dushka Vujicic, and her husband Pastor Boris Vujicic had been expecting. How would their son live a normal happy life? What could he ever do or become when living with such a massive disability? Little did they or anyone else know that this beautiful limbless baby would one day be someone who would inspire and motivate people from all walks of life. God uses Nick to touch lives and bring the hope of Jesus Christ to people across the globe.

Throughout his childhood, Nick dealt not only with the typical challenges of school and adolescence such as bullying and self-esteem issues; but also struggled with depression and loneliness.  He constantly questioned why he was different than all the other kids surrounding him; why he was the one born without arms and legs. He wondered what the purpose behind his life was, or if he even had a purpose. According to Nick, the victory over his struggles throughout his journey, as well as the strength and passion he has for life can be credited to his faith in God. His family, friends and the many people he has encountered along the way have also encouraged him.

After school, Nick went on with further study and obtained a double Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Accounting and Financial Planning from Griffith University in Logan, Australia. By the age of 19, Nick started to fulfill his dream of being able to encourage other people and bring them the gospel of Jesus through motivational speaking and sharing his testimony about how God changed his life and gave him a future and a hope. “I found the purpose of my existence, and also the purpose of my circumstance. There’s a purpose for why you’re in the fire.” Nick wholeheartedly believes that there is a purpose in each of the struggles we each encounter in our lives, and that our attitude towards those struggles, along with our faith and trust in the Lord can be the keys to overcoming the challenges we face.

Now at 27 years old, this limbless young man has accomplished more than most people accomplish in a lifetime. Nick recently made the massive move from Brisbane, Australia to California, USA, where he is the President of an international non-profit organization; Life Without Limbs, and also has his own motivational speaking company; Attitude Is Altitude. Since his first speaking engagement back when he was 19, Nick has traveled around the world, sharing his story with millions of people, speaking to a range of different groups such as students, teachers, youth, businessmen and women, entrepreneurs, and church congregations of all sizes. He has also told his story and been interviewed on various televised programs worldwide. “If God can use a man without arms and legs to be His hands and feet, then He will certainly use any willing heart!”
